Corinthian Limited Lifetime Warranty

 

Recliner mechanism - Lifetime Warranty

The black metal parts of the reclining mechanism are covered for the life of the product (must be the original owner) against manufacturer's defects that result in breakage.  We do not warranty mechanisms against customer misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage.  All claims for mechanisms must be accompanied by a photo of the defective mechanism, along with a photo of the white "Cenro" label identifying it as a Corinthian product.  CLAIMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PHOTOS ARE RECEIVED.

 

Frame and Springs - (5) years

All wooden frame components and metal spring units are warrantied to the original owner to be free of manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (5) years from the date of sale.  This covers any breakage from improper assembly or defective materials, but does not include damage from customer misuse or transportation damage.

 

Cushion Cores - (2) years

Corinthian uses 1.8 density foam cushion cores for maximum seating comfort, and warranties all cores from loss of resiliency for a period of (2) years.  Please note that normal wear and tear will result in a gradual softening of cushion cores and flattening of fibers, common in all upholstered product.

 

Covers - (1) year

Corinthian warranties all covers, including all cloth fabrics, polyurethanes, and leather from any manufacturer's defect for a period of one year.  We do not warranty covers against normal wear and tear, fading, pilling, stretching, natural markings (leather), or splitting.  Also, inadequate care (excessive soiling) or discoloring due to improper cleaning solutions will nullify all warranties.

 

Motors, Massage Units, and all other Electrical Components- (1) year All power motors, massage units, wiring and other electrical components are warrantied for one year to be free of manufacturer's defects from the date of sale.

 

All other parts not specifically mentioned - such as pull latches, hinges, cables, etc. - and sleeper mechanisms are warrantied for one year from the date of sale to be free of manufacturer's defects.

 

All warranties - express or implied - cover only normal household usage to the original retail purchaser and do not apply to "non-residential" uses (rental, business, or commercial).  Also, any condition resulting from customer misuse / abuse or transportation/ delivery damages is not warrantied.

Most furniture manufacturers offer warranties that protect you against any defects. But regardless of those warranties, at the Furniture Mall, we warrant that furniture you buy from us is free of manufacturing defects for six months.
