The Furniture Mall warrants its furniture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, to the original purchaser, for One (1) Year from the Date of purchase. This warranty covers normal household use. This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages. Commercial or institutional use is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, neglect, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, abuse or misuse of the product. In each case, any warranty offered is not a warranty of performance, but a limited warranty as to the condition of Goods at the beginning of the warranty period. Should warranty service to a product become necessary, any claims from the purchaser must be made to the dealer from whom the goods were purchased. The Furniture Mall obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or to provide product of equivalent type and quality if a replacement is unavailable. Repair or replacement shall be authorized only when it is proven to the satisfaction of The Furniture Mall that the product as manufactured and inspected proves defective under normal household use. To claim warranty service, the product must be returned to the Furniture Mall Distribution Center or authorized service center, along with proof of purchase. Any transportation costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Most furniture manufacturers offer warranties that protect you against any defects. But regardless of those warranties, at the Furniture Mall, we warrant that furniture you buy from us is free of manufacturing defects for six months.
If we deliver your furniture, we'll provide in-home repair within our service area if required. If you pick up your furniture, you can bring it in to our service center for repairs.
